More tweaks for Chrome-like Firefox

This will fix a few issues with the Chormifox theme from my previous post and gives you even more space to work with.

• Combine Stop/Reload buttons depending on situation of page (make sure the stop button is to the left of reload)
• Hide forward button (you can right click on the back button to choose to go forward, I personally use mouse gestures)
• Remove Home button - I have an iGoogle icon in the bookmark toolbar for that
• Adds a little height to the status-bar
• Fixes bookmark toolbar auto-collapsing in Firefox 3.1

Replace browser.css in this folder:

VISTA: C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\#######..default\extensions\ chromifox@altmusictv.com\chrome\browser\
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\parterbu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\#######.default\extensions\ chromifox@altmusictv.com\chrome\browser\

Unzip images.zip and replace the ones in this folder:
VISTA: C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\#######..default\extensions\ chromifox@altmusictv.com\chrome\communicator\
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\parterbu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\#######.default\extensions\ chromifox@altmusictv.com\chrome\communicator\
